General guidelines for organizing your stay:

HIGH SEASON: We require a 5 night's minimum WITHIN any Saturday to Saturday
LOW SEASON : We requiere a 3 night's minimum, except if the rental is asked 2 months or less before.
THANKSGIVING WEEK: We require a weekly rental only at high season rate for any reservation that includes Thanksgiving Day (USA)
CHRISTMAS WEEK: Weekly rental only - typically beginning the Saturday before Christmas and ending the Saturday after Christmas. **
NEW YEAR'S WEEK: Weekly rental only - typically beginning the Saturday after Christmas and ending the Saturday after New Year's Day. **

The small extra room is available only to those booking a casita,and costs 1/3 of daily rate of an Original Casita.

CANCELLATION POLICIES.
A) FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING HIGH SEASON WE OFFER TWO OPTIONS:
#1: YOU MAY ELECT TO RECEIVE A CREDIT VOUCHER FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID AT TIME OF CANCELLATION WITH 60 DAY’S NOTICE TO BE USED WITHIN 2 YEARS OF ORIGINALLY RESERVED DATES. NO FEE ASSESSED.
#2: YOU MAY OPT FOR A REFUND WITH 90 DAY’S NOTICE. THERE WILL BE A $200.00 CANCELLATION FEE ASSESSED WITH REMAINING BALANCE TO BE REFUNDED.
B) FOR CANCELLATIONS DURING LOW SEASON WE HAVE THE SAME OPTIONS, BUT THE VOUCHER OPTION WILL REQUIRE 3O DAYS NOTIFICATION. THE REFUND OPTION WILL REQUIRE 60 DAY’S NOTICE AND WILL BE CHARGED $100.00 WITH REMAINING BALANCE TO BE REFUNDED.
THERE ARE NO FEES ASSOCIATED FOR A FIRST DATE CHANGE. THE CHARGE TO MAKE FURTHER DATE CHANGES WILL BE ASSESSED A $100.00 FEE.
